DELIVERIES

We use Parcel Force, Yodel and Royal Mail for deliveries. Deliveries are  Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required, there could be an additional charge. If the courier cannot deliver the package to the address or as stated on the note, they will leave a note. The parcel may then be able to be collected at the depot stated on the note or the nearest Post Office. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the order as Buy South Africa Limited cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to the goods not being signed for.

1 - Standard Delivery for (3-5 working days for Mainland UK) Shipments normally arrive within 3 working days from day of sending.

- Goods value of £0.00 to £5.00 = £3.00 pick, pack & delivery charge

- Goods value of £5.01 to £10.00 = £4.00 pick, pack & delivery charge

- Goods value of £10.01 to £20.00 = £4.50 pick, pack & delivery charge

- Goods value of £20.01 to £30.00 = £5.50 pick, pack & delivery charge

- Goods value of £30.01 PLUS up to 30kg = £6.50

**All time scales are subject to stock levels and selected courier terms and conditions. There will be no deliveries on the Bank holidays. Buy South Africa Online will not be liable for delays due to third party carriers. All orders received after 11:00 Hrs on any given day will only be processed the following working day. "Working Day" means Monday to Friday excluding bank Holidays. Any purchase of any weight will be delivered as per the chosen delivery service within the UK. The delivery charge for larger orders will be advised at the time of order confirmation. Larger deliveries to any part of the world can be arranged, at a price to be quoted, place your order through our website in the normal way and we will respond with a fixed price confirmation of your order. Deliveries are effected by Royal Mail / Business post or by courier service, the mode of delivery is entirely at the companies discretion, generally the decision is made in terms of the size and weight of the order with, smaller orders being delivered by mail and larger orders by courier. Your order confirmation will confirm the mode of delivery to be used. Our order confirmation will advise of our estimated delivery date. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that there is someone available at the delivery address to accept the delivery. If for any reason the is no one available at the delivery address at the time delivery is attempted all redelivery charges will be for the buyers account. If you have any doubts in this regard please arrange delivery to a business address. This condition will not be waived under any circumstances, and no cancellation of the order will be accepted if the reason for the cancellation is related to this attempted delivery, in any way whatsoever. Any delivery date indicated by the company, is an estimate, given by the company in good faith and the company cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the buyer by a delayed delivery. While every effort is made to dispatch orders timorously and by the use of professional delivery companies we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
